Le plongeur utilitaire est un élément essentiel de l'équipe de la cuisine, garantissant que tous les ustensiles de cuisine, la vaisselle et l'équipement sont propres et désinfectés. Vos responsabilités incluent l'utilisation de la machine à laver la vaisselle, le lavage à la main des casseroles et des poêles, et le maintien d'une zone de travail propre. Ce rôle fondamental est unique car il est le moteur de l'hygiène et de l'efficacité de la cuisine. Un plongeur utilitaire dédié et fiable peut apprendre les procédures de base de la cuisine et avancer vers un poste de commis de cuisine.
