With food and accommodation covered, you can save your entire salary without day-to-day living expenses cutting into your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous Dishwashing: Operate commercial pass-through dishwashers and manage manual pot-washing stations under tight time constraints.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Scrub, deep-clean, and maintain strict hygiene standards across all kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation sectors.
• Heavy Lifting & Organization: Unload heavy food provisions, transport kitchen waste, and lift stacks of heavy pots and tableware safely.
• Chef Support: Follow direct orders from the kitchen management rapidly to keep the service line clear of dirty equipment.

Requirements: Who Can Apply?

• Citizenship: A valid EU Passport is mandatory (EU Candidates Only).
• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical health is required to manage heavy lifting, constant bending, and standing for entire shifts.
• Resilience: Readiness to adapt to rigorous kitchen discipline, professional pressure, and seasonal isolation from family.
• Experience & Language: No high qualifications or previous experience required. Basic understanding of instructions is sufficient—your work ethic and endurance are what matter.
