Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-end beauty, body, and massage treatments tailored to a discerning international clientele.
• Manage individual appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring promptness, impeccable hygiene, and compliance with maritime health standards.
• Provide personalized consultations and expert advice on wellness products and post-treatment care to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the pristine presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance of the onboard spa and treatment rooms.

Requirements (Who Can Apply)

• Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy.
• Proven professional experience in luxury hotels, premium day spas, or cruise ship wellness centers.
• Excellent conversational English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage given the fleet's primary demographic.
• Strong physical endurance and a mature, service-oriented attitude capable of thriving under cruise ship demands.
