Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the housekeeping staff, setting high standards for service and cleanliness.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all guest cabins and public areas meet Viking's premium standards consistently.
• Quality Control: Monitor departmental workflows, inventory management, and cleaning protocols to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Communication: Serve as a key link between the housekeeping department and shipboard management to resolve issues and optimize guest satisfaction.

Requirements: Who Can Apply?

• Leadership Experience: You must possess 3–4 years of management experience within a housekeeping or hotel department.
• Maritime Experience: Previous ship experience is mandatory. You must be familiar with the logistics, regulations, and pace of working on a vessel.
• Agility: You must be available for this season and able to join the ship on short notice.
