UTILITY DISHWASHER
Position Description
The Utility Dishwasher is a vital part of the galley team, ensuring all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are clean and sanitized. Your responsibilities include operating the dishwashing machine, hand-washing pots and pans, and maintaining a clean work area. This foundational role is unique because it is the engine of kitchen hygiene and efficiency. A dedicated and reliable Utility Dishwasher can learn basic kitchen procedures and advance to a Commis de Cuisine position.
