Position information: SOUS CHEF

Position Description

As the Sous Chef, you are the second-in-command of the kitchen, assisting the Executive Chef with all aspects of culinary management. Your responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, creating daily specials, managing food inventory, and ensuring all dishes meet the highest quality standards. This is a unique and challenging leadership role that combines high-level cooking skills with management responsibilities. This position is a direct and clear path to becoming an Executive Chef.
