The Commis de Cuisine is an entry-level culinary role, working directly under senior chefs to prepare and present high-quality meals. Your responsibilities include chopping ingredients, preparing sauces, and ensuring your workstation is kept clean and organized at all times. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and direct training in a professional kitchen environment. With hard work and dedication, you can progress on a clear career path to a Chef de Partie and eventually to a Sous Chef.
