Position Description

As a Chef de Rang, you hold a senior position in our restaurant, responsible for a specific section of tables and providing high-level service. Your duties include engaging guests with menu recommendations, performing tableside service, and training junior staff. This role is unique for its blend of direct guest interaction and supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to build strong relationships with passengers. Exceptional performance can lead to a promotion to Head Waiter and open up a clear path to becoming a Restaurant Manager.
