GUEST SERVICES AGENT
Position Description
The Guest Services Agent is a front-facing professional who serves as the main point of contact for our guests. Your duties include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting with booking services and activities. This versatile role is unique because it requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage a wide range of guest needs. Your performance in this position can lead to a promotion to 1st Receptionist or to a specialized role such as Concierge.
