RESTAURANT AND BAR MANAGER
Position Description
The Restaurant and Bar Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the seamless operation of all dining and beverage venues on the vessel. Your duties include managing and training staff, controlling inventory and costs, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is a unique blend of two key hospitality areas, demanding strong leadership and a passion for service. A successful Restaurant and Bar Manager is a strong candidate for the next promotion to Food & Beverage Manager.
