Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Manager: Oversee full restaurant operations, manage financial and quality targets, lead the service crew, and maintain premium standards for international guests.
  • Assistant Restaurant Manager: Support the Restaurant Manager in daily shift supervision, manage team schedules, handle service issues promptly, and ensure seamless communication between the galley and restaurant floor.
  • Onboard Operations: Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards while executing high-volume, fine-dining services day in and day out.

Requirements (Who Can Apply)

  • Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in high-end hospitality or on cruise vessels.
  • Strong command of English (additional European languages like German are highly beneficial).
  • Resilience to endure a demanding 10-month continuous seasonal contract.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a natural ability to manage multicultural service teams under pressure.

What We Offer

Restaurant Manager Package

  • Contract: Seasonal 10 months Maltese contract (March to December).
  • Financial Compensation: Annual Income up to €30,700.
    • Basic Monthly Salary: €2,000.
    • Crew gratuity up to €900 monthly.
    • Pension plan €200 per month.
    • Quality & Financial Target incentive up to €2,000.
    • Travel refunds up to €600.
  • Paid Vacation: Paid vacation during the season up to 60 days.
  • Insurance: Medical Insurance coverage by private insurance company – Allianz.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Package

  • Contract: Seasonal 10 months Maltese contract (March to December).
  • Financial Compensation: Annual Income up to €24,850.
    • Basic Monthly Salary: €1,650.
  • Paid Vacation: Paid vacation during the season up to 50 days.
  • Insurance: Medical Insurance coverage by Allianz and Children insurance.
