Key Responsibilities

• Station Command: Manage and execute flawless restaurant service within an assigned station, maintaining elite fine-dining protocols at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Requirements: Who Can Apply?

• Experience: Strong professional background as a Chef de Rang, Head Waiter, or Senior Server within 4-star or 5-star hotels, high-end fine-dining restaurants, or premium cruise ships.
