Position Description
As the Assistant Housekeeper, you are a key member of the hospitality management team, assisting the Head Housekeeper in overseeing all aspects of guest and crew accommodation cleanliness. Your duties include supervising the housekeeping staff, conducting quality control checks, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens. This leadership role is unique because it combines hands-on service with critical management responsibilities. A successful Assistant Housekeeper is on a direct path to promotion to Head Housekeeper.
