Position Description
The Demi Chef de Partie is a skilled culinary professional who assists the Chef de Partie in the management and operation of a specific kitchen station, such as the Saucier or Garde Manger. Your responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to the highest standards. This role is a unique opportunity to specialize and hone your skills in a particular area of the kitchen. A successful Demi Chef de Partie is on a direct path to promotion to a Chef de Partie.
