BOSUN
Position Description
The Bosun is a senior and respected leadership position, overseeing all daily work and maintenance projects for the deck crew. You are responsible for supervising the Able Seamen and Ordinary Seamen, assigning tasks, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. This role is a unique blend of hands-on work and management, where your extensive experience and knowledge are vital. As a senior member of the deck team, you have the potential to pursue further qualifications and aim for an officer position, such as Chief Officer.
