RECEPTIONIST
Position Description
The Receptionist is the welcoming face of our vessel, serving as the first point of contact for all guests. Your main tasks include greeting passengers, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and efficiently managing all guest inquiries and requests. This is a unique opportunity to be the central hub of guest communication, where your exceptional problem-solving skills and calm demeanor make every guest's journey seamless. With proven guest service excellence, you can progress to a Guest Relations Officer or even a Front Office Manager.
