Position Description

The Sommelier (Wine Steward) is a certified wine professional responsible for managing the vessel's wine cellar and providing expert recommendations to guests. Your duties include curating the wine list, managing inventory, and advising guests on the perfect food and wine pairings to enhance their dining experience. This is a unique and highly specialized service role that demands a passion for wine and a deep knowledge of the subject. A successful Sommelier can advance to a Head Sommelier or even a Food & Beverage Manager position.
