Your tasks include updating nautical publications, maintaining the ship’s logbooks, and learning the intricacies of voyage planning. This position offers invaluable, hands-on experience and direct mentorship from seasoned officers. It is a critical stage in your career development, preparing you for the responsibilities of a 1st Officer.
