The 1st Receptionist is a senior member of the front office team, providing a high level of service and leadership at the reception desk. Your duties include handling guest check-in and check-out, resolving complex inquiries, and assisting with the training of junior staff. This role is unique because it combines direct guest interaction with supervisory responsibilities, preparing you for management. With a proven track record, you are on a clear path to becoming the Front Office Manager.
