Position Description
The Wiper is the entry-level position in the engine department, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your primary duties involve general cleaning of the engine room and assisting the Motorman and engineers with basic tasks. This is a foundational role that provides an introduction to marine engineering and an opportunity to learn from the entire engine team. Dedication and a willingness to learn will lead to a promotion to Motorman.
