BAR CHEF
Position Description
The Bar Chef is a creative culinary professional responsible for preparing and presenting all food items served at the bar venues. Your duties include developing a menu of bar snacks and small plates, managing a small kitchen space, and ensuring the food complements the beverage offerings. This unique role combines cooking skills with a flair for speed and presentation in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise can lead to promotion to a Chef de Partie in the main kitchen.
