Become part of the premium A-ROSA team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests! As the face of “Wellness on Board”, you will blend a passion for active outdoor lifestyles with high-end relaxation treatments, helping guests unwind while experiencing the beauty of Europe's rivers.

⭐ Your Responsibilities

  • Wellness & Treatment: Provide relaxing massages and professional wellness treatments.
  • Outdoor Guiding: Lead exciting, guided biking tours at various port stops.
  • Fleet Care: Maintain, prep, and care for the premium A-ROSA e-bikes.
  • SPA Promotion & Sales: Present and promote the complete SPA offer, advise guests, perform cross-selling activities, and sell premium SPA products.
  • Operations & Standards: Manage and maintain the onboard sauna area, carry out routine inventory checks, and ensure absolute cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
  • Innovation: Develop fresh, proactive ideas to increase sales and boost guest satisfaction.

✔️ Your Profile

  • Qualifications: Solid training or prior experience as a massage therapist, physiotherapist, or beautician. Basic massage knowledge is required.
  • Bonus Assets: Additional wellness or fitness qualifications are considered a strong advantage.
  • Language Skills: Very good command of both German and English languages.
  • Tech Skills: Good basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel).
  • Mindset: Positive attitude, strong guest-service orientation, highly flexible, reliable, and capable of working calmly under pressure.
